| Vodafone removes time windows

As from this month, Vodafone Malta has removed time window from all its prepaid top-up vouchers, thereby leaving only GO Mobile as the only operator (apart from MVNOs) that forces time windows. Although this change does not affect most people, it does affect a significant portion of the population especially those who only use their mobile phone for emergencies.
