| GO light up new submarine cable to Sicily

The new submarine cable linking Malta to Sicily that then connects to
the Interoute network was lit earlier than expected due to the damage
to the old cable. The new link was originally planned to start
operating in early January, but in order to restore normal Internet
connectivity, the work was speeded up and the system started operating
on 23rd December.
